TAM proposes that two particular beliefs, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, are the primary drivers of technology acceptance. Perceived ease of use is defined as “the degree to which a person believes that using a particular system would be free of physical and mental effort”, while perceived usefulness is defined as “the degree to which a person believes that using a particular system would enhance his/her job performance” (Davis, 1989).
